Lowest Price Guarantee

We're working hard to make sure our prices are the best around, but if you find another site that offers a lower price within two weeks after the date we ship your order, let us know and we'll credit your original payment method for the difference, subject to the limitations below. And if we lower the price on our own site within 14 days of the order date, we'll refund you 110% of the difference as well--as long as all the conditions listed below apply.  At this time, our Lowest Price Guarantee only applies to orders shipped within the U.S., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must first purchase the item on petsless.com before requesting your Lowest Price Guarantee. 
  • Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and "buy one, get one" offers, liquidations are not eligible. 
  • The item must be currently available in the same size, style, and color that it is on petsless.com, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's U.S. Web site. 
  • Brick-and-mortar only store competitors must have proof of current prices to be eligible.
  • Competing websites must not be an auction site, discount site (like overstock.com, 6pm.com and smartbargains.com), Amazon.com or site affiliated with Amazon.com, or membership club, and the seller must be an authorized seller of the item. "Authorized" is a term brands use to denote retailers that procure product directly from the brand. Manufacturer's warranties are only valid from authorized retailers. 
  • Web site must be run by a U.S. Corporation. 
  • Price difference applies to full cost of the item minus any promotions, and does not include tax. 
  • Item must be purchased on petsless.com to file a claim for Lowest Price Guarantee, and lower price must have been found on a competitor site within 14 days of the petsless.com order date. The petsless.com price is the price after any rebates or promotional discounts have been applied to the item. 
  • If claim is filed for price reduction on petsless.com within 14 days of order date, refund is for 110% of the price difference. The item must be currently available on endless.com in the same size, style, and color that you purchased. 
  • There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item (multiple claims on the same item will not be eligible). 
  • Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes. 
  • We reserve the right to deny claims if our policy is being abused.
  • At this time, our 110% Lowest Price Guarantee only applies to orders shipped within the U.S, to U.S. Protectorates or to APO/FPO addresses.
